For recent political condition theBounty sagais much actual, than the Batavia saga, since Bounty conditioned asmanagement failure to brought their vayages mission. The Batavia maidenvoyage failed much more because of economical reaseon than politicalreason.
Here is the shortening version
HMS bounty as commanded by Lt. William Bligh, whose stern discipline and irascible temper provoked a mutiny on Aprils 28,1789. Led by Fletcher Christian, the mutineer set Bligh and 18 of his loyal members adrift in an open boat, which sailed for nearly 4000nm till Timor Island, from where they made their way back home. Fletcher left most of the mutineers on Tahiti; which later seized as deseters and take home for trial, and three of them would be hanged. Fletcher and his 8 followers sailed from island to island until they found Pitcairn Island and settled in there 1790.
